Chicken Slop

As is without changes, this recipe is blah boring. Great to serve old people or those who like bland food. Next time I will try adding chedder cheese and some of the other suggestions made by others. It is super easy though, I like that. I also think using a good quality crouton will make a huge difference than the cheap safeway brand.

good, thought I'm still in search of the best portobello mushroom recipe, nothing seems to be as good as the grilled portos you get at a restaurant - how do they do it???!!

Amazing Chicken

Wouldn't quite say this dish was "Awesome" thought it sounded just too good to be true. It makes ok chicken strips though, really helps keep the juicyness in. But regaurdless you need some kind of dipping sauce or sauce on the side, it's just too boring and definately not amazing.

Was kinda disappointed. just bland, nothing special. I think next time I will try to make the sauce separately using a good quality maranara and make the chicken breaded and baked and them combine the two, kinda chicken parmesagne style.

Chicken Parmigiana

I tried this made ahead style, breaded and baked the chix breast for 20min. then put them on top of sauce and when I was ready to serve topped with sauce and cheese and baked in oven for 25 min. Came out not as moist as usual and the crust was a little on the soggy side. Not great as a "make ahead" dish. Much better if you make it all at once and serve it, as I've done many times!! This is a definate fave!!

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Good flavor. Hard to get the right consistency to make the breadcrumbs stick to the pork. Also, it looked horrible, not elegant at all.

Yummy Yam Casserole

The best ever!! I usually make 2 batches for Thanksgiving, one with pecans painstakingly shaped into a turkey on top and one topped with marshmellows. The one with the marshmellows always go fast and the pecan one barely gets touched, this year, I am making 2 batches with the marshmellows on top.
