Made mine as a tart, then drizzled with a dark carmel sauce. The pumkin flavor is light and sometimes odd, and at the end of a big meal a huge slice of pie is not always perfect. But in a small sliver of tart, the pumkin with the walnuts and carmel is definitely something to give thanks for .
