A friend of mine made this for me the first time I tried it, it was great! I've made it for many friends and family, and have never had anyone not love it! I usually substitute chicken and turkey sausage instead of the meat in the recipe. Also, I add any colored peppers, and usually two or three! Looks great and tastes great! Serve with brown rice for a real treat!
