Turkey Pot Pie I
My husband loved it!! I made some adjustments. I cut parsley down to 2 tbs. I added frozen peas for a little sweetness.I made it into turkey and dumplings instead of turkey pie, so I added more juice. I increased the water to 3 cups, added 3 boullions, increased the flour and margarine to 4 tbs ea. I had leftover turkey in the freezer. I increased that to 3 cups. The result was wonderful.....Definitely a keeper.

After the Holidays Ham Bone Soup
The flavor of this was very good. I think there must be an error in the amount of time the pasta and rice cooks.An hour and a half was way too long. It was very mushy. I think if they were added w/ only 15-20 minutes remaining it would have been delicious.

White Chocolate Amaretto Cake
I made this cake for a church function. I did not have a bundt pan, so I used a tube pan which worked out fine. I did grease and flour the pan but the cake still stuck even after the 2 hr cool time. Next time I make it, I will
