Smoked Steelhead Trout (Salmon)

smoking times seemed a bit excessive so I used my common sence and cut it back to about 4 hours like it said in the recipe... turned out real good!

English Roast Beef

Made this for Turkeyday dinner instead of the bird, everyone loved it! This did not turn out dry, must not have had the lid on tight if it did!
