Easy Guacamole
Fantastic! I used green onion because I had it on hand, and I tripled the garlic because I'm a garlic fiend (although, it tastes delicious with just the recommended amount!). I will definitely be making this again.

Easy Broccoli Quiche
This was my first quiche and I was surprised at how easy it was! I followed the recipe exactly, and it was delicious! My only tip: use a deep dish pie crust! I cheated and used a regular store-bought one and some of my egg ran over the sides.

Coconut Bread
I love this recipe (and so does my fiance)! It's hard not to eat it all in one sitting. I followed the recipe exactly - except I accidentally added a whole cup of coconut (oops) - and it was fantastic!
