Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Followed another reviewers suggestions: I only used 1/4 cup of brown sugar. - I added 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the ketchup/brown sugar mix. - I used 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg. - I added 2 cloves of garlic to the meat mixture. cook in muffin tins. I double the ketchup/brown sugar mix and put on bottom and top of each mini loaf. I always make it with ground turkey.

Real Sopapillas
Great Recipe! Served with honey butter (honey, butter, and marshmallow creme) YUM!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Turned out great with the following changes as others suggested: used 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 3/4 cup flour. Mixed the dry & wet ingredients together with a spatula. The cookies did not spread at all. My mom says to bake 1 cookie 1st when trying a new recipe so you can make adjustments before you bake a bunch. HTH!!
