Scrumptious!!! Their flavor reminds me of homemade peanutbutter fudge. I agree with the other reviewers that you have to let the mixture boil long enough or the cookies won't set as firmly as needed. However, that hasn't stopped us from scooping up spoonfuls of soft set cookies. My kids usually have at least one while the rest are cooling/setting. I got approx. 30 average sized cookies.

This is a delicious dessert. You wouldn't think that a recipe with so few items could be so good...but believe me it is. We only had 1/2 cup of pecans available and even for someone who loves nuts, pecans especially, they were plenty.
