Bread and Celery Stuffing
I made some adjustments so only started with 4 stars but it ends up great. I used whole wheat bread dried for a day. I added a little bit of chopped carrots and bell pepper to the celery mix. After cooking I added 2 beaten eggs and some sunflower seeds. I used 2 Tbspn of spices. For chicken broth I used a boullion cube and 8 oz water. Add slowly, stir and use it all. I baked for 30 min. in a pan covered with foil.

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
Very delicious and easy to make. I did decrease the butter to 1.5 sticks and used the 1/4 cup milk and had it on low heat about 5 minutes. I also used a 9x12 pan but I do not recommend this, the oat layer is just too thin. Next time I'll up the oats to 3.5 cups but if you don't want to play with the recipe then just stick with the 9x9 pan.

Molasses Cookies
Very good consistency. I also used softened butter, brown sugar and more of the spices. Don't flatten much.
