Buttermilk Pancakes II

Very easy recipe to make. The only change was that I added a little vanilla. These are the best pancakes I have ever made!

Clone of a Cinnabon

This recipe was perfect. I took the advice of others and let it rise in the oven. The only complaint is that there needs to be more cinnamon/sugar filling.

Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

This recipe is wonderful. I actually didn't use blueberries when I made this cake. I split the batter between two pie plates and made an apple coffee cake along with a chocolate chip coffee cake. This recipe has great vanilla flavor and I look forward to experimenting with it some more!

Blueberry Oatmeal Coffee Cake

This recipe was ok......it was missing some flavor. Everyone that tried it agreed that it needs some vanilla. Other then that, it's pretty good.

Cranberry Chutney I

My nephew chose this recipe for our Thanksgiving because he was tired of canned. It was easy to put together and the flavor was amazing (even his picky uncle liked it). It even gave our home a nice smell for a few hours. We will definitely be making this one again!

This recipe was perfect. It was exactly how my mom made it. I even went so far as to thicken the broth with a little cornstarch to make an awesome gravy. Perfect!
