Sour Cream Coffee Cake
This cake is delicious! I had some 10 minutes after it came out of the oven, and it was delicious... Moist and sweet! I substituted a small amount of butter in favour of more sour cream, used walnuts instead of pecans (they were on hand) and I would suggest putting more than half of the topping in the middle section, purely because it makes the cake a bit easier to eat. :)

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
My lord. These cupcakes are ridiculously good. So moist and delicious.. I didn't change a single thing except for halved the icing (and still had plenty extra)and they turned out moist, pleasantly sweet and tasty as all-get-out. My friends will have to battle for them tomorrow! Thank you so much for this recipe!

Sour Cream Gooseberry Pie
I must admit, I was quite skeptical when I prepared the sour cream filling and it was quite runny. However, everything solidified beautifully and it was quite tasty - I have quite the sweet tooth, so it's perfect for me, but if you're not a big fan of sugar then I would suggest lessening the amount of sugar by a bit. Also, I found that it needs many more gooseberries (I upped it to 1 1/2 cups and it still wasn't enough)
