Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
Very good but make sure you buy a good quality balsamic vinegar or it will taste sort of sour.

Garlic Chicken
I've made this several times, I've added different things to spice things up with the coating. I've used ranch dip powder, italian seasonings, chili powder, etc. (Not all at the same time).

Amish Bread
This is the BEST bread recipe! The crumb is really nice and soft without being crumbly. I've made this bread 3 times now, each time it came out PERFECT!
