Curry Coleslaw
Great recipe! We used a bag of coleslaw mix instead of the cabbage, green onions, and peas. Turned out quite good.

Vegetable Lo Mein Delight

Irish Potato Candy
These were a big hit with my husband's co-workers. I added red and green sugar for a festive Christmas appearance.
