Crunchy Green Bean Casserole
Ok...I made it twice trying to fix my first attempt. Used 1/2 the amount of water chestnuts the 2nd time. Didn't feel like the bacon or water chestnuts added a lot to this recipe. Also added 2/3 cups onion to bake.

Hot Spiked Cider
Served this Christmas Eve and it was a BIG hit! Will serve again! I kept in a crock pot hoping it would make the house smell like hot apple cider (it didn't)and per other's notations used only 2/3 of the amount of rum called for. Very yummy!

Becky's Chicken Salad
FABULOUS! Next time I'll add less mayo! You should also double the recipe...there is never enough for regular portions.
