After reading all the reviews, I ended up taking their advice- doubled the cheese, stirred halfway through cooking, etc...... hate to say this but I will not be making this again. I let it sit for a few minutes before eating, and ended up kinda dry. Usually when I make homemade mac n cheese, my son eats it all up in one night. Well, I still have 3/4 of the pan left............

Rotini Chicken Salad

This recipe was awesome! All the flavors melded together wonderfully after sitting in the fridge for a bit. I made a pound of rotini and basically doubled the rest. My teenage son had most of it eaten up by that night. Will definitely be making again.

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

Very good recipe! Like other reviews, I doctored sauce a bit. Added 1/2 of a bottle of BBQ sauce and squirted in some catsup. Grated 1/2 an onion and used minced garlic. Had no brown sugar, which I thought was ok because of BBQ sauce. My house smells wonderful while it's cooking!
