Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I have made this soup numerous times and it comes out great everytime. The only thing I do differently is use chicken broth instead of water- adds so much flavor. The only other thing I do is DOUBLE the recipe. Sometimes even that's not enough!! :)

Scalloped Potatoes II
Made this recipe for dinner last night. Like many other reviewers, I was looking for a recipe like my Mom used to make. This was pretty close. Like her, I added ham to the layers and it came out very good. Thickened up as it sat on the stove. I also made a smaller pan with cheese, for my son. I liked it much better without the cheese. I will definitely make again.

Ginny's Cheezy Macaroni
After reading all the reviews, I ended up taking their advice- doubled the cheese, stirred halfway through cooking, etc...... hate to say this but I will not be making this again. I let it sit for a few minutes before eating, and ended up kinda dry. Usually when I make homemade mac n cheese, my son eats it all up in one night. Well, I still have 3/4 of the pan left............
