I am an older cook from Puerto Rico and my best made meals are ethnic cuisine. People run for dinner when I invite them to a "Puerto Rican meal". Most people love my Italian dishes and most of the things I cook using all recipes!! I love cooking roast pork and exotic breads from my bread machine. Traditionally we cooked rice and beans for most weekday meals and on Sunday we went out to eat. Mastering most of my mother's recipes mostly from the book-Puerto Rican Cookery by Valdejuli. making mouse, or souffle. There are some dishes I just cannot make to save my live even though I love them so!
