Linguine with White Clam Sauce II
This has always been favorite dish at Italian restaurants so I wanted to try to make it at home. After browsing the various recipies, I realize the dish I order is probably loaded with butter and not very healthy. :( So I tried this recipie instead without very high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at how close it comes to restaurant quality. I would definitely make it again, as I probably will not be ordering the full-fat kind very often anymore.

Garlic Butter Sauce I
Great in a pinch - I had a late night pasta craving and nothing resembling sauce in the house. I used a few shakes of Italian Seasoning, some dried parsley flakes, a little salt and a lot of fresh ground pepper. If I could have any pasta sauce, this would probably not be my first choice, but it is pretty tasty and you're practically guaranteed to have all the necessary ingredients on hand.

Macaroni and Cheese IV
I jimmied with this recipie quite a bit but it turned out great. I used boxed mac 'n cheese and ground turkey breast to cut the fat and calories a little bit. The only tomato product I had on hand was sauce, so I used about a half a can of that. I sprinkled a handful of chedder cheese and some breadcrumbs on top. It was REALLY good.
