Swedish Meatballs I
The leftovers were eaten right out the container by my 23 year old brother ... he loved them (we had just been to IKEA and had some at the cafe so we were on a meatball kick). I used bread crumbs (instead of cream of wheat) and added Tony Chacheres seasoning to the meat and soup mixture. I could not mince the onion enough for my taste, next time I may use onion powder or flakes instead.

Black Bean Pinwheels
These gotten eaten up before I could really try any .. however I did find it a bit on the bland side and added some taco seasoning ..everyone seemed to like them though.

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies
These were great. As per other reviews I used all butter and lots more peanut butter. Also, I used No Sugar Added Peanut Butter and they were still very sweet. Make sure you have plenty of ice cold milk on hand!!!!!!
