Swedish Meatballs I
The leftovers were eaten right out the container by my 23 year old brother ... he loved them (we had just been to IKEA and had some at the cafe so we were on a meatball kick). I used bread crumbs (instead of cream of wheat) and added Tony Chacheres seasoning to the meat and soup mixture. I could not mince the onion enough for my taste, next time I may use onion powder or flakes instead.
