Great! I think next time I'd leave off the topping. I personally think it takes away from the rhubarb taste. I also replaced sugars with splenda.

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

Awesome! I don't like sour cream so I added more cheese. I also slow cooked the beef overnight which made it even better. These are GREAT!!!

Caramelized Pearl Onions with Balsamic Glaze

This recipe was great! I added asparagus because it was in a use it or lose it state and it was super yummy! The balsamic glaze is SOOOO easy.
