Asian Chicken Salad
Delicious. We like fried wonton strips in place of the rice noodles, and I like to use Romaine and add sugar snap peas or pea pods. This salad has become one of my summertime favorites.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts
These are fantastic. I made them twice, once with all purpose flour and once with bread flour and the bread flour batch seemed to have a texture closer to the real thing. I also added vanilla to the donut dough, which I think helped enhance the flavor a bit.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Easy, buttery, great cookies. I make up five or six batches of dough ahead of time and freeze. Around holiday time I pull the dough out, thaw on the countertop, cut, bake, and I'm done. No big mess to clean up.
