Ceviche Self-Portrait
Fabulous. Added the avocado and cilantro as others suggested and 'cooked' overnight in fridge. My mother said "I thought ceviche was raw" I said "This IS raw."

Blue Cheese Pear Salad
I have made this salad several times over the last few months - with a little less lettuce - and it has been a HUGE hit. Many, many compliments. Thanks for a great recipe!
