Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I thought they were great! I did add 1/2 tsp more of baking soda to help them puff up but other than that I left them unchanged. I will definitely make these again.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
I substituted 1/2 cup applesauce and 1/2 cup oil rather than a whole 1 1/2 cups of oil, as well as chocolate chips for walnuts and it turned out great! Cooked it in a bundt pan for 50 minutes.

Cake Mix Cookies VIII
My family and I absolutely loved this recipe! I added 2Tbsp of vegetable oil like others suggested and they turned out super moist and chewy, but not undone. I'm looking forward to playing around with different cake mixes in the future :)
