Simple Country Ribs
Ribs were tough. Maybe it was the meat? I think I will stick to just putting them on the grill.

Savory Grilled Potatoes
I thought these were rather bland and dry. Maybe I did something wrong??? I followed the recipe...

Kickin' Collard Greens
Great! Planted collards for the first time in our garden and searched for recipes to use. This was just great. I love it! Made pretty much as stated but probably used more garlic and red pepper...didn't measure..
