Hello!:) My name is Shana and was born and raised in Morgantown, WV(home of WVU Mountaineers!) I am married to a wonderful man, Elliott, and have the most beautiful son, Gabriel who will be 2 on April 15, 2006. I am sooo lucky and greatful to have such a wonderful family. I love to entertain my family and friends by making them food that they enjoy to eat! I'm always eager to try a new recipe or 2 on them and to get their responds. It makes me sooo happy when they request I make a recipe again. Christmas is the holiday that my family comes to my house for my Christmas feast. This will certainly be a tradition that will stay for years. Right now it's my grandma, some aunts, uncles and cousins that come but I can't wait until my children are old enough to bring their families to enjoy the holidays with us. (That will be a few years though since Gabriel is just now almost 2 :)!) My triumphs is when my family and friends leave the dining room table with a smile on their face when they eat my food. My first cooking "experience" at the age of 7 was a grilled cheese sandwich. All I have to say is the dog wounldn't even eat it. Thought no one could screw up a simple grilled cheese, well I have !!
