I served this at my appetizer party and of all of the appetizers, this was the most raved about, by everyone. I used fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic, reduced the dressing, and added fresh cilantro. The cilantro was the best ingredient. I am having another get together this weekend, and this is on the top of my list.
