Just some guy who loves the rewards of knowing how to cook. And that's the part where you get to eat!! Ya feel me? I love fresh fish out the lake, but I hate cake. I make sirloin steak and I know how to bake, but i'm not that great. I'll take any opportunity to try a new dish but to open my own restaurant is a far fetched wish. I live in the sticks, everywhere I look it's corn and woods, so I go to allrecipes.com everyday, to try somethin new that's good. My mom is my only competition. If she makes it, I gotta try hard to beat it. Everytime I get my homies together I cook and I've never heard a complaint. I suppose the beer helps. Timing. I have to work on making everything come out done at the same time.
