Sweet-and-Sour Meatballs
Absolutely fantastic! When I told my husband what I was making, he gave me an "okaaaay" kind of look, and could tell he was kind of nervous about it. As I was making it, he kept commenting on how great it smelled. And obviously it tasted even better, because in a matter of minutes it was all gone. I hadn't realized I'd be feeding my nephews and niece when I started making it, otherwise I would have made more. I used italian bread crumbs, since that's what I had and it was great. I use organic coconut oil a lot, so next time, I think I'm going to try it with that. This is wonderful, I can't wait to make it again :)

Tomato Bacon Squares
I made this one Sunday for a football game party, and it was huge hit! I have made it several times since. It's so easy to make and you can basically add anything you want to it. I added a little of dijon mustard that another person suggested and it's great with that as well. I have also added some black olives, and 1 jalapeno. I've already given this recipe to a few people. This is a must try!!

Sweet and Sour Drumettes
My middle son is the pickiest eater, but he absolutely loved this, he said "this is the best chicken in the world". The rest of us enjoyed this as well. I added about 1 tbsp of minced ginger root (I didn't measure it, I just usually add ginger root to chicken.) Thanks for the recipe!
