Asparagus, Chicken, and Pecan Pasta
This was very easy and very good. I woud alter next time in a couple of ways - a little red pepper flakes and I would substitute pine nuts for the pecans. The pecans were interesting but pine nuts seem better suited to the dish.

Grilled Ham Steak
Very easy and very good. The smoky sweet flavor was enjoyed by all.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon
Really very good. Easy to prepare but special enough for guests. I used sesame oil instead of peanut, toasted sesame instead of the sesame oil and fresh ginger instead of powdered. It could have been a little spicier and still been very good. Although as prepared it was good for most palates.
