Cabbage Rolls

Excellent rolls! I added fresh parsley. The dill trully makes these cabbage rolls distinct and tasty. I will make them again.

Jay's Hearty Breakfast Skillet

Very tasty and easy to make. I set up the serving for three (2 adults and two children) and still had enough for one more adult, or two. I added the garlic as recommended and I included an orange pepper. I will make this again.

Turkey Mercedes

By far the best turkey I have ever had. After some proding I even got my wife to admit that it was better than her grandmother's, although we won't be mentioning it at family gatherings. I served it up with a Cointreau based cranberry sauce which kept the citrus theme going. I was only able to marinate it for under 2 hours and it still turned out great. This one is definite keeper.
