Peanut Butter Noodles
Really easy and tasty recipe. I used egg noodles because that's what I had in the pantry, and added carrots, broccoli, and extra firm tofu.
I was very happy with the amount of garlic in the dish, but could see how people who aren't so into garlic might be offended.
Husband said he would recommend the dish to a friend.
