I'm a southern girl with deep Southern roots. I love to cook, it brings comfort to me whenever I do it! Quick and easy dishes, all kinds of pasta dishes, and sweet treats! Having everyone in the kitchen helping out!! The conversation, the laughter, it makes for a great atmosphere! I was asked to cater a dinner at my church! I don't know about you, but that was a tough crowd!!!! But to watch everyone eat, enjoy, and go back for more... I was THRILLED! My first TURKEY!!!! Let's just say he had a horrible time with me!!! I tried but it did not work out!
