To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Just made these for my family and they loved them. My fruit didn't sink at all. I was surprised as to how bit they got and thought it would be a mess to get them out of the pan, but they came out easily. I've made other muffin recipes that were very involved. This was easy and delicious!

Brownie Mallow Bars
I got this recipe out of the magazine. They are always a hit when I make them. Yummy!

Taco Pies
I will definitely make again! As with other suggestions, I baked the crust completely as directed. I used ground chicken and used lower-sodium taco seasoning. In one of the pies, I put hot sauce and jalepenos, but left one plain for the kids. It really needs more seasoning than in the original recipe.
