Very good! I only used 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 C butter and also used 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp almond extract and 3 cups of confect. sugar. This was amazing on 9x13 red velvet cake!

Dutch Babies I

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
These were delicious! I made 2 dinner plate servings (it made for a much thicker pastry). I added 1 tsp vanilla, 3/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and used only 5 eggs to the mixture. Served them topped with cherry pie filling, dusting of powdered sugar and a dollop of cream. Mine stayed "puffed" and not "eggy". I will definately make this again!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
I wanted this flavor combination but wanted to make it the quick and easy way...so I cheated. I used the boxed cranberry dressing (it already has the herbs/spices) so all I added was the apples and the sausage. This was absolutely amazing...we had nothing left of it after Thanksgiving dinner...even my son who hates stuffing loved this!

Maple Roast Turkey and Gravy

This was the best turkey we ever made! We did make a few little changes. I added brown sugar, cinnamon and maple flavored extract to the butter mixture. I used chopped apples, lemons and onion to stuff the turkey with and covered the outside of the bird with maple cured bacon. WOW!!!! Try this you won't be disappointed!

Chocolate Pretzel Rings

These are very addictive! I made these with Hershey Hugs and they were so creamy and delicious! I've also made them with chocolate caramel cups (Walmart sells the great value brand in bags for $2) and top each with a pecan half! This is fun treat that you can make with the kids too!

Madeleines II

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
These are wonderful and so easy to make! I agree with another reviewer that the baking temp is a bit to high...I tried it at 350 and they came out perfect! I made a batch with raspberry extract and they were a big hit at my tea party! Also, for those who had trouble with their pans...the nonstick madeleine pans are a breeze to use and not expensive. I used a fork to immediately remove to wire rack with no problem. This recipe is a keeper!

This was the best quiche ever! I changed it a little for a tea party....used chopped hickory bacon instead of chicken, onion powder,an extra egg and 1/2 and 1/2 instead of milk. Good thing I made 2 of these...there were requests for seconds with great compliments! Excellent recipe!!!!
