I am a mommy to two beautiful children Keanna Marie(9) and I'zaiah Mathew (7). They consume much of my time and I enjoy every moment of it. I like to cook my familys' favorites. The kids enjoy pasta dishes while my boyfriend enjoys just about anything edible or not. He was a marine, served eight months in Iraq and claims he's eaten food off the dirt ground so that doesn't say much. My children are at an age where they like to help out in the kitchen, so I find odd jobs that they can do to help out. I have mastered a pretty good stir fry sauce. I am pretty proud of myself. It happens. I tend to stick to the recipe though. I find it hard to be adventurous with cooking. I am getting better though, ie. stir fry sauce!!
