Apple Curry Turkey Pita
I did this the first time with leftover turkey loin, then the second time with curry marinated extra frim tofu. It was amazing both times!!!! enjoy...

Southern as You Can Get Collard Greens
These were great! I used smoked turky necks, since I don't eat pork. I also used 1/2 broth and 1/2 water. They were flavored well. I fixed some cornbread and ate them with it....SO GOOD!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken
I love this! I modified the recipe a little: I used 4 cloves of garlic (because I love it), and 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts-sliced in half. It was GREAT! Nice flavor and very EASY~!
