I'm a wife and mother that loves to cook and bake, watch Alton Brown, and adapt recipes for my family's picky eaters and allergies. I love to make the foods of my family (Hungarian & Ukrainian) and my husband's family (Polish) heritage. It makes me feel good to pass those traditions on to the next generation. I have wonderful memories of learning to cook with my grandmother. We would stay up all night and bake cookies! Now I make her Babka and Varenyky for my family! Getting my picky 6 year old daughter to eat Portabello Chicken Marsala! Flames shooting out of my oven when the broiled shrimp scampi ignited!
