Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
eh. i used canned green beans - i know, it would be better with real, but it just wasn't that great - kinda mushy and very bland... but i've never had a GREAT green bean casserole.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
ok - this is a great side dish recipe. EASY, quick and cheap. very good for thanksgiving or for a hamburger cookout. i added green onions, but think jalapenos might be better. i doubled recipe and cooked for 65 min in a 9x13 inch pan in a convection oven. let sit 1 hour before serving. would prob be good / the same if cooked ahead of time and then reheated, but should be served hot.

Mini Cheesecakes
ehhh - way too much work for these. don't taste that good.... a whole cheese cake would taste better - be careful not to overcook cheesecake - it gets "sourish" tasting - ick.
