Prosciutto Parmesan Pasta

This was a really easy and tasty recipe. I also added a few "extra" seasonings. I used frozen peas instead of canned...seemed just fine to me (and the rest of the family).

Chocolate Chip Bars

This was a great recipe. I did bake them in the oven (as suggested by other reviews). I baked them approximately 20 minutes at 350. They were a treat for after a soccer game and were devoured! Will definately make again!

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins I

I thought these were great! Mine came out a bit flat, but still moist and yummy. It didn't take 20 minutes to bake. The edges were getting too brown. Will definately make again.

Mena's Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Caramelized-Onion

Although it took a bit of time...I really liked this recipe, and will make it again. I did add some swiss cheese, as well as using cream instead of milk. The caramelized onions had a great flavor!

Blondie Caramel Heaven

This recipe is super easy! The blondies are more "cakey" than I'd prefer, but that's to be expected with the ingredients. Definately something to make in a pinch, but not sure it's a "keeper".
