I am a stay-at-home mom living in Eastern Idaho. I love to go skiing and snowshoeing in winter and go hiking and camping in summer. I have two toddlers. Shortbread, chicken divant, fried rice, love to make coffee cake and eat it. During the holidays my family would have fondue. My father spent a year in Swizertland and came back with this tradition. We have a cheese fondue, sometimes oil for meat, maybe a chocolate one too. I love the cheese: I use gureary and emmitalor cheese, eat apples and bread with it. I make whole wheat bread every week.
