really liked this... i used 2 colors of sweet potatoes (yellow and orange) for extra color. when combining the ingredients, i didn't add the potatoes until the end...i folded them in, i didn't mash them. I liked them a little chunky. i also added 1/4 lb of bacon. great flavor !! loved the topping! made the topping JUST like the directions said, worked perfectly.

What a HIT !!! I tripled this recipe for 30 people. EVERYONE LOVED IT. I loved how easy it was to make. Guests are still emailing me asking for the recipe.
