I love to cook and learn new things. I am notorious for making appetizers out of misc. items. (mostly leftovers) I think my favorite things to make are various potatoe dishes, ethnic traditional dishes and pastas. My most favorite family cooking tradition is our imfamous roast pork. (pernil) I make a mean Platter of Nachos and a great pernil. (roast pork) I want to learn how to bake cookies and make better desserts. (ie. cheesecakes, sweet pastry breads ...etc)Flour and I don't work so well together right now.
