Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2009
Delicious! Didn't change a thing, except I cut the potatoes smaller (4-6 pieces per potato). Everyone loved them. Best part...sooooo easy.

Baked Chicken with Peaches

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
Excellent dish and very easy to make. The kitchen smelled wonderful while it was baking. I used canned peaches, which were very tasty. Next time I will add the cornstarch to make the sauce thick. My fiance loved it and so did his picky 11 year old son!

Incredible Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
Absolutely delicious!! I didn't have any garlic salt, so I used Season All (has salt, pepper, celery seed, nutmeg, onion, garlic, etc.) I just sprinkled the salt and brown sugar on to taste. About 5 minutes before it was done, I added a bit more brown sugar, since we all have a sweet tooth. Everyone loved it including the very picky 12 year old. About 40-45 minutes cooking time for boneless/skinless pieces is long enough. Very moist and very tasty. The best part...so easy!! Like many others, I was skeptical, but you just have to try it. Next time, I'll use the garlic salt.

BLT Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
This was a great start! If 4 kids who are all picky eaters ALL liked it, then I'm sold. I added green peppers and cucumbers. I forgot to get black olives or I would have added them. The bacon really gives it the taste. I made two batches, one without the bacon (1 kid's request) and with italian dressing instead.

Simply Potatoes® Easy Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
Yesterday I thought Shepherd's Pie was actually a pie. A coworker suggested I try it, and this recipe was great! I used canned vegetables and omitted the gravy because it just didn't sound good to me. I used a store brand butter & herb instant mashed potatoes, and added some garlic salt and pepper. I didn't broil it, and next time I plan on adding cheddar cheese to the top. My fiance and I loved it!

This has a very unique flavor. It's a bit sweet, but we really liked it, and will make it again.

Country Style Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2005
I thought this was absolutely delicious! The chicken was very tender and juicy. The corn and potatoes (I used canned potatoes, which I've never used before!), were delicious as well. Maybe 1/2 teaspoon of salt next time, but definitely a keeper!

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

This was pretty good. I used cream of mushroom soup instead, and added garlic salt. All the kids liked it. Next time I plan to add some veggies!
