Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers
The flavor was great. I tried to make the patties thin but they were still too big for everyone. Next time I will do as others have done and mix the cream cheese and jalapeno into the ground beef before grilling.

Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce
Made this for a book club. One of the members is allergic to wheat. I didn't make the Carmel Sauce, but served it with fresh raspberries. Everyone loved it!

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Used about a 3 lb pork tenderloin. Put it on the grill over indirect heat until it reached 140 degrees. Pulled it off and placed tin foil over until it reached 150 degrees. Family loved it. It tasted great on sandwiches the next day.
