Jambalasta
This was good and spicy. I didn't use chicken, just the shrimp and sausage. I also used fettucine instead of linguine. Next time I am going to add some vegetables, I think broccoli and zucchini would go well.

Strawberry Muffins
These were okay. Like others said, there wasn't much flavor. I added 1/4 cup brown sugar and some vanilla. I think next time I might mix in some fresh pineapple to make the flavor a little more pop.

Fresh Tomato Shrimp Pasta
Yum!! This was good and a hit with my boyfriend. He usually doesn't like any pasta without a heavy sauce on it, but he ate all of the leftovers! I added some clams and scallops along with fresh shrimp and took the advise of another review and added butter with the olive oil. It turned out great, it is definitely a keeper.
