Peanut Butter Balls III
This is a great fool-proof recipe. I use 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs instead of rice crispy cereal. The rolling is very time consuming, but well worth it.

I have been making this same recipe for at least 10 years. How much easier it would have made my life at the busy time of Christmas to have known about the hint of lightly rolling the balls in the powdered sugar after placing in the freezer a few hours, ingenious!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
My whole family including a picky 9 and 5-yr-old enjoyed this soup. I didn't have celery, so I just added a little celery seed and I used Virginia deli ham and cubed the potatoes, onions and ham with my Vidalia Chop Wizard. Very important to take the time to let the milk and flour mixture thicken on medium-low heat. This was a great recipe and I will use it each time I make a potato soup.
