Quick and easy. The kids loved it. It had a bit too much butter for me.

These were VERY spicy! And my husband and I love spicy food. We could hardly eat them. I wonder if I got the wrong kind of banana peppers. Are there sweet and spicy bananna pappers? We also had so much meat mixture left over. What a waste. I did try to make meatballs out of them. I think this recipe could work. I recemmend bell peppers and using only a pound of mild Italian sausage. The red sauce was very good. In fact I would double that part.

Very good and easy to make. I could not find the pine nuts, so I made it without. My husband loved this!! I make this again!
