Curried Zucchini Soup
Excellent flavor. I prefer my soup a bit thicker, so served this over rice. Very easy to make. Great way to use that out-of-control zucchini!

Penne Salami Bake
Excellent recipe. It was quick and easy to make and a hit with the family. I used a few extra olives because they're wildly popular at my house, and sprinkled some Italian breadcrumbs on top. A nice combination of flavors. I'll definitely make this one again.

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine
Excellent recipe, very similar to our local Italian bakery's Calabrese bread. They make it (and I like it) with a chewy crust, so I didn't brush the top with anything and it turned out just the way I hoped it would. I'll be making this often.
