Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
Delicious!!! We've made this twice since we found the recipe and will definately make it again and again. The sauce is very flavorful. The cooking time was also perfect.

White Texas Sheet Cake
Yummy! If you love almond flavoring, this is a cake you'll love. It's super moist and very rich. I added this recipe to my recipe book.

Soft Polenta with Spicy Tomato Sauce
This was my first time to make or eat polenta. The tomato sauce was delicious but the polenta was quite bland.
