Caroling Wine

I sliced two whole oranges into 1/4" rounds rather than using just the peel. It made it even more festive. This is a very nice drink.

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins II

I used 1/3c. oil, 1 cup lowfat lemon yogurt and doubled the glaze. Gave these as gifts for families hosting Thanksgiving guests for the weekend and they were a hit!
